Restin’ Peas

A Cheesman Park Microgreen Farm

Fresh,

microgreens.

Grown in Denver. Harvested just before you take them home.

Mix and match from everyday favorites and unique chef varieties at local farmer’s markets—with home delivery coming soon.

Not all microgreens are grown the same.

Every container is harvested by hand just before it goes home with you, so you get the freshest greens possible. Mix and match from everyday favorites like pea shoots and broccoli to unique chef varieties like our wasabi mustard and lime streaks mizuna—picked just for you. We also love playing with the varieties, and experimenting in our grow room to tweak the flavor profile.

Fresh microgreens are simple to enjoy—whether you're topping a sandwich, adding them to a salad, or tossing a handful into dinner. Our goal is to make it easy to keep fresh greens in your kitchen every week.

How we grow

Too many rabbit holes for the front page.

We're still putting this section together… it’s a little messy at the moment! If you're curious about how we grow, you're in the right place.

Fair warning: we're passionate about growing food more sustainably, lifelong gardeners, and genuinely love what we do. This is where we let ourselves get carried away—sharing the ideas we're already putting into practice, the projects we're experimenting with, and the goals we're working toward as Restin' Peas continues to grow.

Thanks for coming down the rabbit hole with us.
